I was almost late to dropping of my kids at holiday camp so I jumped out of bed, showered, fed the kids and got the ready and ran out the door.
I did not lye in bed thinking …ruminating ( SO IMPORTANT TO AVOID THAT NEGATIVE SPIRAL)
Did not go on social media (SO IMPORTANT TO NOT LOOS ALL MY ENERGY ON SOCIAL MEDIA)
I just walked back home and straight to work, and I DID work, hours of productivity!
If I don‘t have anything in the mornings I HAVE TO DO…
OR HAVE TO BE SOMEWHERE
I literally can just mope around the house or be on my phone for hours.
My house still looks not picked up BUT I OVERLOOKed that on purpose as. As i know how easily I can loose focus and LEAVE ALL MY ENERGY on some shit thats not important right now.

I did not eat, I did not not answer my friends.. but thats how it works for me .
